CANCELLATION POLICY
LATE CANCELLATION: If an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, the card on client profile will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. NO SHOW: If a client is 15 minutes or later to scheduled appointment time or fails to show up to scheduled appointment, the appointment will then be considered a “No Call-No Show” and a 75% fee will be charged. 5 minutes late to a brow wax appointment will also result in canceled service and 50% of service cost will be charged. If the artist deems there is still time to complete part of service, the client will still be charged full service cost. DEPOSITS: All full sets now require a NONREFUNDABLE booking fee deposit due to length of appointment. Deposit will go towards cost of appointment!
